Mindly Help Center
Get from an empty account to one useful decision.
These guides explain what Mindly does, what each score means, what Free includes, and where the product deliberately refuses to invent certainty.
Guide
Five-minute quick start
Create a Free workspace, review one labeled sample, upload your own leads, then use a starter snapshot only on the lead that matters most.
Confirm the company and offer in Account or Settings.
Open Pipeline and inspect why the first sample was marked Pursue, Monitor, or Skip.
Download the CSV template and upload up to 25 leads.
Review Fit, Coverage, Evidence, exclusions, and unknown criteria.
Use one of three lifetime Quick Snapshots on a serious lead.
Guide
CSV format
Company name is required. More populated fields improve coverage but never turn unknown information into a match.
Accepted aliases include company/company name, website/domain, contact name, job title, email, industry, employee count, and location.
One row should represent one company. Duplicate company/domain rows are removed.
Free workspaces can import 25 lead rows per calendar month.
Uploaded emails are treated as unverified until a paid research workflow confirms them.
CSV grading does not call Google, Hunter, Tavily, or Gemini.
Guide
Understanding the scores
Mindly's deterministic score is separate from AI. Gemini can explain evidence but cannot change the score, exclusions, or confidence caps.
Fit compares the uploaded or researched company facts with the Target Profile.
Coverage shows how much of the configured criteria could actually be evaluated.
Evidence confidence reflects source quality, freshness, certainty, and independent support.
Opportunity Score combines fit, timing, and contactability, then applies evidence and verification caps.
Pursue, Monitor, and Skip are decisions—not promises of buying intent.
Guide
Facts, hypotheses, and safe claims
Mindly separates what was observed from what still needs discovery.
Observed facts must point to uploaded data or a recorded source.
A likely need is always labeled as a hypothesis.
Missing buyer, budget, pain, intent, or timing stays unknown.
Free snapshots do not include personalized outreach or a detailed buyer map.
Before contacting anyone, confirm the problem, owner, and timing.
Guide
Free versus paid
Free proves the grading loop. Paid tiers add live intelligence and execution depth.
Free: private demo, cloud persistence, 25 uploaded leads/month, deterministic grading, and three lifetime Quick Snapshots.
Base: live discovery, Deep Research, complete Opportunity Briefs, and 50 monthly intelligence units.
Pro: everything in Base plus outreach, sequences, Signal Rooms, exports, and results tracking.
Elite: everything in Pro plus standardized managed implementation and fulfillment tracking.
A canceled paid account returns to Free instead of losing the workspace.
Guide
Account and data handling
Supabase Auth manages credentials. Mindly stores application profile and workspace data separately under user-scoped access rules.
Mindly never stores the plaintext password.
Each workspace snapshot is tied to the authenticated user.
Phone is optional and does not create SMS consent.
Marketing email permission is optional and separate from product, security, billing, and requested-service messages.
Guest Preview stays on the current device until an account is created.
Support
Keep the client connection human.
Reply to a Mindly welcome or product email when delivery is configured, request setup help from Account, or use the in-app support widget when enabled. Include the screen, action, and visible error—never include passwords or API keys.
